This milkshake was made with frozen berries, coconut milk and a teaspoon of Dream Magic Red
Red Lentil and Sweet Potato Curry (makes 5 portions)
1tsp Olive Oil
150g Red Lentils
3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
1 Onion chopped
2 medium Sweet potatoes cubed
2 tbs curry powder of choice (adjust to suit your heat preference)
1 tbs Dream Magic Gold
1 tin Light Coconut Milk
Heat the oil and then fry the garlic and onions for 3 mins.
Add the curry powder and the Dream Magic Gold, reduce the heat and fry for 2 mins.
Add the red lentils and sweet potato mix through before adding the tin of coconut milk.
Bring to a simmer for 20 mins and then add the spinach, allowing it to wilt into the curry.
We all know the Dream Magic Green is amazing for us when we take it with water, fruit juice or add it to a smoothie - but did you know that it is also amazing for your skin?
The Spirulina and Chlorella brightens your skin instantly, leaving it looking radiant. Added to this was some natural yogurt (which helps rejuvenate and soften the skin), some honey and avocado which will moisturises, nourishes and revitalizes your face.
To make (this made enough for 5 applications so I will adjust the next time).
1 tsp Dream Magic Green
1.5 tbs Natural Yogurt
Blend it all up and slap it on your coupon (that’s your face for all my non Scottish followers lol), leave for 20 mins and then rinse off.
