Appreciate your Health!!

I have not been firing on all cylinders this week at all 😴😩. A sore throat quickly followed my migraine so I have basically just focused on being kind to myself and counting the hours until bedtime the last few days.

Now, I know that on the big scale of things a wee headache and sore throat is nothing compared to what some people have to deal with on a daily basis. It has, for me, refocused my thinking on how precious our health is. 🙏🏻❤️

I have found myself appreciating even more the feelings of amazingness that being well brings to the table. Being full of energy and vitality – feeling strong, capable and buzzing cannot be replaced by any material thing.

Physical health and wellness is the cornerstone of everything - an absolute honour to be blessed with.

Our lives are so precious and can change in a heartbeat.

With this in mind, I have renewed the commitment to myself this week to appreciate my health that little bit more and be grateful for what my body and mind can do on a daily basis. I will…......

💚 Eat Well – foods that nourish my body and mind and supplement these foods with Dream Magic.

❤️ Think Well – by nourishing my mind every day to think better thoughts about myself and others through meditation, journaling, affirmations and reading.

💙 Move Well – daily movement doing what I love – yoga, running and strength training.

💚 Rest Well – try to get 8 hours sleep a night.

❤️ Avoid Excesses – by not taking any one thing to the extreme.

💙 Have Fun – connect with family and friends, the people who get me and who I always have a right giggle with.
